Location: Will be held at the Norris’ headquarters at 4801 W 49th Street, Tulsa, OK 74107
Time: The classes begin at 8:00 am and dismiss at 4:30 pm on Tuesday and 2:30 pm Wednesday.

Instructors:
Jeff Done is the Sales and Operations Manager for Norris in the Mid-Con and Rockies Regions with over 13 years of experience in Sucker Rods and Rod Pumping. Jeff is an expert in rod string designs, rod failure analysis, and operations. Jeff is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Daniel Flores is the Technical Services and Business Development Manager for Apergy in the Rockies Region with over 10 years of experience in Rod Pumping. Daniel has spent time across a majority of US basins with expertise in Rod Lift design, selection, and operation. Daniel is based in Denver, Colorado.
