Location: Will be held at the Harbison-Fischer offices at 901 North Crowley Road, Crowley, Texas

Time: The classes begin at 8:30 am and dismiss at 5:00 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday and 3:30 pm on Thursday

Instructors:

Randy De Werff is a Technical Sales manager for Harbison-Fischer and brings 35+ years of experience to the table in the downhole rod pumps.  Randy has published several technical papers regarding downhole rod pumps, and has been leading HF’s Pump School for 20+ years.  Randy is currently based out of the Fort Worth, Texas area.

 Frank Dreher is the South Texas Technical Sales Manager for Harbison-Fischer and has over 20 years of experience in the downhole rod pump business.  Frank has spent time across a majority of US basins and has deep expertise in rod pump design, selection and operation.  Frank is based in Corpus Christi, Texas.

 Rodney Sands is the Permian Basin Technical Services Manager for Harbison-Fischer and has 40+ years of experience with downhole rod pumps in the region.  Rodney has published several technical papers regarding the impact of gas and solids on downhole rod pumps, and has presented many of these at the Southwest Petroleum Short Course.  

 Jason Haner is the Permian Basin Technical Services Lead for Norris Rods and has over 10 years of experience in Rod Pumping.  Jason has designed over 5,000 Rod Strings during his time with Norris across all major US basins.  Jason studied engineering at Texas State Technical College Sweetwater and is currently based in the Midland/Odessa Texas area.

Daniel Flores is the Technical Services and Business Development Manager for Apergy in the Rockies Region with over 10 years of experience in Rod Pumping. Daniel has spent time across a majority of US basins with expertise in Rod Lift design, selection, and operation. Daniel is based in Denver, Colorado.
